Ordering Policies & Procedures
Ordering:
- You may order 24/7 on line, or call 7-days a week 11am-5pm PST
- Click on a product category.
- Select product from list and click on the product.
- Select your options.
- Click on Order button.
- Choose to Register or Place Order without Registering.
We have a new optional Log-in system, where you can create an account by registering with us. By creating an account, you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on your order status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. Registration does not involve any credit card information. Information is kept confidential.
If you choose not to register, you will need to re-enter all of your information each time you order. The Log-in feature is optional.
- In the shopping cart you may update quantities, check out, or continue shopping.
- Complete Shipping Instructions in the Shopping Cart. (If your order contains more than one shipping address, you may enter the extra addresses in the comment section while you complete your order. There will be an additional charge for each extra shipping address.)
Shipping:
- Shipping will be calculated at the checkout page.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of your item. We will notify you when your item ships and provide you with the shipping method used along with a tracking number. Some special order or Drop ship items will take longer. We will notify You via email with the expected shipping time.
- Most items are shipped Fed Ex ground. If you need ASAP, please call us at 1-831-659 9899, and we will try to accommodate.
- Note: Fed Ex does not ship to P.O. boxes.
- At Christmas, you will need to allow more time. Please place your order by December 10th for guaranteed delivery by Christmas.
Returns/Exchanges & Guarantees:

Your satisfaction with the item you purchased is most important to us. After all, we would like you to keep coming back! If you are not fully satisfied you can return the item within 30 days and we will exchange it or issue a store credit for the purchase amount. Sorry, no refunds.
- How do I Return/Exchange an item?

1-831-659 9899 Monday through Friday from 10am-5pm Pacific Standard Time. Please place the return item in its original package. Inside your package please include your order number, name, address, phone number, and e-mail address and the reason for exchange/refund. Returned items must be in the original packaging.
If the above conditions are met, we will cheerfully issue a credit/exchange.
If your item was drop shipped to you by the manufacturer, you need to contact Avant Garden and Home for a return authorization and will need to return the item to Avant Garden and Home for store credit. Sorry, no refunds.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment to protect you in case the item gets damaged or lost in the mail. Avant Garden and Home is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in the mail. If you received a damaged item we will also refund your shipping/handling charges. All sales are final after 30 days.
